Flight Log - 2013-10-27 - Bill Eichelberger's Estes - Yellow Star Crayon
An RTF bird that little kids will enjoy. Decent performer and a great choice for a first rocket due to it being ready to fly almost immediately upon opening the package. Surprisingly decent length of elastic, but it's likely to fail after only a few flights.

Flight was textbook, but the rocket had tipped over and was heading down for several seconds before the ejection charge fired. Recovered without damage. I might be tempted to try it with a C6-3 next time.
