Bill Eichelberger's ****Fishhead Rocketry - Red Baron

Quite literally my first ever scratchbuild.  This one was an old paper towel tube with homemade centering rings and engine tube and a paper nose cone with a wooden skewer as an "escape tower".  The shock cord was made from rubber bands scrounged from our mailman, and the parachute was made from a Rainbo Bread wrapper.  The launch lug was a paper drinking straw and the fins were cut from a Tide box.  Hung up on the rod on the first flight and burned on the pad.  Unintentional, but eye-opening.
