No plans exist that I know of, so I used the artist rendering in the 1970 Astronautic Modeler to come up with fin shapes and tube sizes. This is more of a close guess than an actual rocket built from a plan.

Huge gust came up just as the button was pressed. The Sigma II windcocked left violently and began a near horizontal flightpath across the field. I lost it as it staged. The booster drifted far past the pads to the right, but I never found the sustainer despite walking all the way to the fence. When I took my next rocket to the pad it was sitting on the LCO table.
