This is the new Wildman Goblin 5 with 3/16" Carbon Fiber fins to replace the 1/8" CF rocket that was lost to fin flutter.
This was my redemption flight for fluttering the fins on the last Goblin. Flight was nominal in every way. Weather-cocked into the 13mph wind but flew mostly straight. Apogee was SIMed to 9,000' achieved 8008' (avg). RRC3 reported 8008', Stratologger CF 7998. Max velocity was reported 879fps (0.7mach).
Main was 900' with backup at 700'. The rocket landed about 1,500' from the pads, easy recovery.
