After the loss of engine hook, I friction fit the engine into mount. ejection charge blew out two sides of rocket body around the engine. lesson learned; when putting in a scratch D engine mount, use a HD 20-50 centering ring as a thrust ring and reinforce the engine hook with a HD 50-55 centering ring or two. The repeated thrust/ejection cycles weakened the body tube holding the engine hook.
