Estes Ventris launched June 18th, 2016 on a CTI Pro29 HP84-G88-SS (Smokey Sam) to 1179 ft. with max velocity of 215MPH, according to the on board FireFly altimeter. Winds were about 6-8 MPH, launch angle was about 5-10deg into the wind. Pad weight was 596g. Excellent flight. Stock parachute was swapped for a 15" to reduce drift, stock elastic did get a bit singed in spots, will replace with nylon or kevlar before next flight.
