Flight Log - 2020-11-29 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's MPC Nike Patriot
A build from the old boxed line of MPC model rockets. Very sturdy, a combination of plastic and cardstock tubes, no balsa. The parachute tape strips had to be replaced with new ones. The rest of the model was built stock. The model has a very thick, plastic launch lug. The same fin unit was used in the MPC and later Quest Nike Smoke kit.

WOW! This B engine seemed to perform more like a C. Recovery under the original MPC chute which looks to be closer to 15" diameter.
