Flight Log - 2012-04-01 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Quest AS-1 Escort
While it's a great design, building the kit was a pain. The model is actually 13 3/4" tall, not 17.3" as advertised on the face card and website.
Errors in the instructions, not enough decals and a badly pre-cut parachute. It's be a tough build for a younger flyer.

The Quest ESCORT AS-1 flew with an Estes A8-3. There was a little tail wag as it went up. Crispy Quest parachute recovery and a small snap-back dent in the upper body tube.
