On a cold, damp, windy, and dreary afternoon, the Mach Schnell SLK 75m takes to the grey Michigan skies on a quick, roughly 700' flight over a closed, rain-sodden ALKAY public air field. Though it looks like the rocket lines up to land on the runway tail first, snapping a barrel-roll just before touchdown, the acrobatics are pure chance. An Aerotech H999N Warp Nine motor provides the snappy take off with a burn time of less than 1/2 second.
