Location: Snow Ranch, Farmington CA Date: November 5th, 2016 Rocket: Madcow Level2 Motor: Aerotech RMS 38/720, I600R-14A This was a lower altitude shakedown flight for my Eggfinder Tx / Rx / LCD tracking system. The EggfinderTx worked reasonably well, and did give the exact coordinates where the rocket landed. However, the tracking data did not accurately follow the rocket during the time from lift-off until the main parachute opened. After the maid parachute opened, the GPS Position data improved greatly.
