Flight Log - 2015-03-13 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Odd'l Rockets Spool
First prototypes were made using blank CDs. they were prone to breaks on landing.
Newest version uses 1/8" ply disks with an ST-7 engine mount tube.
A print of the Moon is on one side, the Earth on the other.

Ejection was high up and the spool quickly went into a fast spin. It spins so fast it looks like a round blur.
