This is my Public Missiles 1/4 Scale Patriot Missile, flying on an Aerotech J180 Blue Thunder motor. This motor is a C-Slot grain, so you get about 4-5 seconds of burntime. This is one of my favorite night-flight motors of all time. I've flown more of these motors than I can count! This flight was as at El Dorado Dry Lake, in Nevada, during Springfest 2000. This flight was a dual deployment with my trusty AltAcc altimeter that I had fit into my PML CPR system that I had also retrofitted into this rocket.
