Maiden flight. Beautiful launch with rocket climbing straight up. 8 second delay way to long (not sure why I chose this motor, may not have had any 6 sec. delays). Rocket tipped over and was picking up speed on the way down before chute ejected. No zipper damage to BT in spite of the long delay and landing was a little over 300' feet from pad with no apparent damage to anything. Homemade baffle system I installed worked perfectly with no scorching of parachute.
