Flight Log - 2014-05-17 - Steve Lindeman's Flashing Scimitar
Another Art Applewhite Qubit. This one I built with prisim covered card stock that I found. Really catches the lighht and flashes wildly and spins like crazy on take off.

Rocket flew as always. Spinning and flashing as it rose in altitude. Very pretty. Rocket flipped over at apogee and started to descend spinning slowly. Roughly three seconds into decent ejection charge fired momentarily slowing decent. On recovery found minor scorching on top from ejection charge. No other damage.
