Flight Log - 2007-07-22 - Steve Lindeman's Ram Jam
I had this 36"x2" shipping tube lying around and had been toying with both Bomarc and J-Hawk designs when I ran across some adding machine rolls and thought 'I need a rocket to put these on'. The end result was "Ram Jam" a marrige between the two designs.

I added a boat tail made of plastic that I cut from a pop bottle to help reduce drag and to help hide the E engine sticking out back. Good flight. Full parachute deployment and rocket recovered with no damage.
