I had this 36"x2" shipping tube lying around and had been toying with both Bomarc and J-Hawk designs when I ran across some adding machine rolls and thought 'I need a rocket to put these on'. The end result was "Ram Jam" a marrige between the two designs.

First flight on a composite motor. Rocket ripped of the pad. This is definitely the power this rocket needed. Great flight but had a problem with parachute not deploying again. Ejection charge was weak or parachute not packed tight enough. This is becoming a recurring problem. Need to swap out parachute for a smaller one. Major damage to nose cone and top of body tube. Both canards broken off but will repair and fly again.
