This kit is one of Estes ProSeries II/EX2 easy build rockets. It comes with plastic fins, centering rings, and the screw on 29 mm motor retainter. It also uses a silver, pre-colored version of the Intercteptor E/Cosmic Inteceptor nose cone. The main body tube is the same silver as the nose. Final decoration is by "pressure sensitive decals", aka stickers.
