1st stage boosted properly but motor ejected, no separation at 2nd stage ignition. Charred 1st stage fins, burned tube. 2nd stage good. Sustainer ignited, no ejection. Rocket lawn darted into lake bed, buried nose cone half way, all fins on sustainer shed.
