Up was great. Down not so much Brain fart during prep had me hooking the parachute onto the nose cone, forgetting I had built the rocket to split in the middle. Needless to say, with no parachute, the landing resulted in some damage. Initially it looked like a soft landing in the grass, as the rocket was more or less just sliding back to earth in a flat orientation. But it managed to find the tarmac and snap off the two rear skid fins. Another addition to the repair pile.
