Flight Log - 2004-06-12 - Steve Lindeman's Ram Jam
I had this 36"x2" shipping tube lying around and had been toying with both Bomarc and J-Hawk designs when I ran across some adding machine rolls and thought 'I need a rocket to put these on'. The end result was "Ram Jam" a marrige between the two designs.

Maiden flight (forgot to bring camara). Slow lift off with rocket flying straight and true. Woefully under powered though as rocket only reached a couple of hundred feet. Rocket dropped fast after burn out and was bearly 50' off ground when chute fully deployed. Hard landing but rocket is build tough. No damage. Wish I had built this for "E" motors.
